Common Questions
When should I book?
Holiday weeks often book up far in advance, so once you know your group size and preferred chalet, we recommend booking as soon as possible. Mid-season weeks are usually more flexible and are often booked in autumn, but availability becomes less certain after that.
What's included in the price?
For fully catered stays, accommodation, bed linen, towels, cleaning, tourist tax and full catering are included. For self-catered stays, bed linen, towels, cleaning fees and tourist tax are listed separately on your quote. Any optional add-ons are priced separately.
Can I add ski passes later?
Yes! You can add ski passes, rentals and other extras through your booking dashboard up to a few days before arrival, so everything can be arranged and ready for you at the chalet when you arrive.
What's your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel: more than 10 weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable; 6–10 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total booking cost applies; 2–6 weeks before arrival, 75% applies; and within 2 weeks of arrival, 100% applies. Bookings made through a third-party platform are subject to that platform’s cancellation policy.
