Chalets
What’s included depends on whether you book a catered or self-catered chalet. With catered stays, most services and essentials are included, making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. For self-catered chalets, certain items and services such as bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning or wellness facilities may come at an additional cost. Facilities also vary between properties, with many chalets offering extras such as hot tubs, saunas, ski rooms and boot warmers. Please check the individual chalet listing for exactly what is included in your stay.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Some chalets offer early check-in or late check-out upon request, subject to availability.
Most chalets include free parking. Some properties in pedestrianized areas have parking in nearby covered car parks. Check the amenities list on each chalet page for specifics.

The exact catering package can vary slightly between chalets, including the number of courses and drinks provided. There is normally one staff day off per week, when no dinner service is provided. Please check the individual chalet listing for the exact catering package included with your stay.
